Testing Process

In pursuance of the standards and requirements of IATF16949 quality system, Autoroad cooperated with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers for completing various related tests.

l Electromagnetic compatibility tests:

Radiated emission, conducted emission, conducted transient emission, anti-interference test, transient anti-interference test, and conducted anti-interference test

l Electrical performance tests:

Reverse polarity test, slow power drop/fast rise test, engine overlapping ripple voltage test, pulse voltage test at engine start, etc.

l Environmental tests:

High temperature endurance test, temperature cycle test, waterproof test, steady state damp heat test, damp heat cycle test, vibration test, chemical reagent test, etc.

l Circulation and storage tests:

Vibration and drop test with package, high temperature/high humidity storage test, low temperature storage test, etc.
